SHAME on INTERNATIONAL CIVIL SOCIETY that created “1961 VIENNA CONVENTION” that allow DIPLOMATS to go SCOT-FREE after 2 Nepalese Women get GANG-RAPEd by 20 people at Diplomat’s residence NON-STOP for Days and months, while our INTERNATIONAL CIVIL SOCIETY silently watch just because the DIPLOMAT belong to an OIL-RICH Nation supplying oils to the so called DEVELOPED NATION!!!

AN APPEAL to INTERNATIONAL CIVIL SOCIETY that created  “1961 VIENNA CONVENTION” that allow DIPLOMATS to go SCOT-FREE after 2 Nepalese Women get GANG-RAPEd by 20 people at Diplomat’s residence,

Why have such DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY that does not even allow PROBE to happen against a DIPLOMAT alleged to be involved in a GANG-RAPE with his 20 friends, what if same CRIME got committed in the soil of the alleged Diplomat’s own country by another country diplomat, by now they would have CUT OFF human organs right from HANDS-LEGS to ……………… of the criminal diplomat, caring a DAMN about “1961 VIENNA CONVENTION”!!

SILENTLY stand outside DIPLOMAT’s flat and watch 2 INNOCENT LADIES getting GANG-RAPED under the UMBRELLA of so called “1961 VIENNA CONVENTION” GRANTING DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY to alleged RAPIST DIPLOMAT and his 20 odd friends !

ACT LIKE A HUMAN and RESCUE the GANG-RAPE VICTIMS !

It’s a matter of SHAME for  INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY that can afford to remain silent after Medical Test prove the HEINOUS CRIME ; moreover, how can CIVILIZED NATIONs across the GLOBE allow an EMBASSY to support and shelter the alleged criminal DIPLOMAT so that no interrogation/probe can happen, if allowed then tomorrow an EMBASSY can even protect TERRORIST as well under the BURKHA of so called DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY !!!
