The biggest JOKE or TRAGEDY in our Governance system is that TILL DATE none of any SCAM is ever exposed by Ruling Govt. itself (be it Cong or BJP), it is always some external agency that expose such scam on behalf of the GOVT (that take it for granted that all of their MINISTERS are KALYUG KA GANDHI BAPU) who are only then rather forced (much against its wishes) to bring CBI into the scene!!

The entire governance system was sleeping until Vijay Pandhare, chief engineer MERI, exposed another  mega irrigation scam like it was done earlier for CWG/2G/COALGATE.

Why every time some media exposure will EXPOSE another LOOT happening, why our Governance system is so TOOTHLESS (or rather pretend to be) that they need to wait for such exposure by external agency and then take action thru CBI/CAG or proposed LOKPAL/JAN-LOKPAL.

Why target an individual politician when our governance system allow such LOOPHOLES to be left open since Independence for LOOT to happen??? Why none of the political parties have plugged such LEFT OPEN LOOPHOLES in spite of them coming to power several times since Independence?

That’s exactly what I am trying to highlight to TEAM ANNA JAGO slogan since last 2 years which is attack/EXPOSE /CLEAN-UP (before demanding LOKPAL) the Governance system , not an individual (be it Raja/Maran/BSY/Reddy Bros/2G/Coalgate scam kingpin with latest addition Ajit Pawar) simply because keeping the Country’s Tijori of Few Lakhs Crores open for LOOT, IT IS FOOLISH TO EXPECT THAT any human beings including ANNA/Kejriwal SELECTED MINISTERS WILL NOT LOOT (LEAVE ASIDE THE CONG/BJP MINISTERS) SIMPLY BECAUSE WE ARE ALL HUMANS, NOT GOD.

EXPOSING and CLEAN-UP process of the Governance system is METICULOUSLY explained  in this blog below since last 2 years, being continuously IGNORED by Team Anna who must give a serious thought as these  concept  proposed in this blog below truly are the NEED OF THE HOUR AND CAN clean up the entire DIRT and can HAVE LASTING IMPACT IN PUBLIC MEMORY rather than such RALLY/DHARNA WHICH WILL FIZZLE OUT IN NO TIME.

Hence, why blame Ajit Pawar/Raja/Maran/BSY/Reddy Bros/2G/Coalgate scam kingpin after allowing FULL FREE ACCESS to Country’s Tijori of Few Lakhs Crores for LOOT as they are also HUMAN and no human (including myself) can resist temptation of LOOTING if he finds few hundred/thousand CRORES (out of Few Lakhs Crores are left WIDE open for LOOT ) falling on his lap; if he can resist such temptation of LOOTING then he is EITHER GOD OR KALYUG'S GANDHI BAPU!!

Can we AAM AADMI any longer afford to depend (as we are doing since Independence, helplessly watching our voted/elected members LOOTING our money right in front of our nose BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF NO SUCH PERFORMANCE AUDIT on them) on such mechanism (like Existing CBI/CAG & Proposed Jan-Lokpal/Lokpal) that HELPLESSLY WAIT (THAT TOO IF IT IS REPORTED IN MEDIA, ELSE they have no choice but to remain INACTIVE, by then AAM AADMI's money gets siphon out from india) till LOOT is done as cannot take any action till such scam is committed.

We DESPERATELY need to have a mechanism (like QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT) that has the CAPACITY TO STOP THE LOOT AND KILL THE SCAM AT ITS VERY INCEPTION/ROOT when they ARE GETTING PLANNED/HATCHED BY OUR SO CALLED MLA/MP/MINISTERS/BUREAUCRATS AND THAT TOO much before media/RTI activist exposing it.

Finally My INTROSPECTION : If it was MYSELF, I would have done the same LOOT few more times of what Pawar/Raja/Maran/BSY/Madhu Koda/Reddy Bros/2G/Coalgate scam kingpin have done as I am also neither GOD nor KALYUG'S GANDHI BAPU!!!

Country’s Tijori Left WIDE OPEN for LOOT to happen

Team Anna is continuously losing focus from core issue as under :

1. Why target an individual politician when our governance system allowed LOOPHOLES to be left open since Independence for LOOT to happen???
2. Why none of the political parties have plugged such LEFT OPEN LOOPHOLES in spite of them coming to power several times since Independence?
3. In this KALYUG, how can you expect an Individual (right from Minister to AAM AADMI like me) not to LOOT when he sees that Country’s Tijori of Few Lakhs Crores are left WIDE open for LOOT to happen?
   Any Individual including MYSELF will naturally get provoked to LOOT few hundred/thousand crores (out of Few Lakhs Crores are left WIDE open for LOOT ) under such circumstances ELSE he is GOD, not a human being.

It is high time TEAM ANNA need to act as a FACILITATOR for creating a National Platform IN MEDIA where ALL ASSET DECLARATION of MLA/MP/Ministers/Bureaucrats will be analyzed and published for AAM AADMI to take informed decision.

Just VISUALIZE THE AFTERMATH of SUCH MEDIA EXPOSURE OF ASSETS CREATED BY EVERY POLITICIANS WHICH WILL HIGHLIGHT THE LEFT OPEN LOOPHOLES IN THE SYSTEM BEING NATURALLY USED FOR LOOT BY MINISTERS.

Given an opportunity, If anyone refuses to LOOT even after getting Country's TIJORI left wide open for helping LOOT to happen, then he is either GOD or KALYUG'S GANDHI BAPU!!!

Once again I beg to entire Team Anna as you are the last hope of AAM AADMI; hence your focus should be more RESULT-ORIENTED rather than behaving like a typical POLITICAL PARTY.

Time is running out but still there is REASONABLE time to focus on “RESULT”; hence, Let us set aside what Team Anna achieved during 2 Year long movement, and simply focus on cleaning up existing DIRTY STINKING CORRUPT Business Process which can be achievable much before 2014 election provided Team Anna follow Result-Oriented approach given below.

Any individual entering public Domain with an intention of serving AAM AADMI cannot HIDE his financial data as he becomes a representative of AAM AADMI handling AAM AADMI’s WEALTH to run the country. Hence, AAM AADMI has every right to know his ASSET GROWTH PATTERN.	Any electoral candidate will no longer be hidden behind secrecy act, which means the moment he files his nomination, his IT return (for all FYs) will be publicly available on Govt. Web site for scrutiny and analysis rather than just a declaration of Asset that has gone 100 fold high during his earlier tenure.	Passing this legislation itself will eliminate UNWANTED criminals from electoral process. This will expose all Minister’s asset that has swelled to millions from One Election to another.

Expose ASSET JUMP of MLA/MP/Ministers/Bureaucrats in a National Platform IN MEDIA (for which it is high time TEAM ANNA need to act as a FACILITATOR for creating such platform) where ALL ASSET DECLARATION of MLA/MP/Ministers/Bureaucrats will be analyzed and published for AAM AADMI to take informed decision without any comment from TEAM ANNA.	If due to IT Dept secrecy act, break-up of every year IT return is not available, then TEAM ANNA can easily publish the ASSET GROWTH at the end of every Fifth year which will automatically force the Candidate to clarify as to how he minted/printed money like BILL GATES even after serving the nation full time in Parliament/Assembly.	This will enforce the necessity of exposing IT Return of a dedicated “Desh Sevak” Minister intend to serve AAM AADMI.
04.	MANAGING ELECTION PROCESS AT FRACTION OF COST and elimination of corporate black money donation to Political parties for Getting LICENSE TO LOOT OUR COUNTRY'S WEALTH. This will force us to introspect if at all such huge ELECTION expenses can be routed to basic amenities like sanitation, drinking water for our rural masses when the same election process can be executed with fraction of its cost.

Yes, it’s the one and only concept of QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT that will enable any Govt. to reach the root of every scam at its very inception much before MEDIA reaches there. Neither LOKPAL/JAN-LOKPAL nor CBI has the capacity to detect such scam at its very INCEPTION (when such SCAM is getting planned in A/C cabin of ministers) which only QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT can do.	If Corporate India can present its quarterly result, why can’nt HIGEST CHAIRS (every Minister & his Ministry) publish their performance result every Quarter. Why wait for LOOT to happen and then start screaming for PROBE; why not kill it at its very root by implementing QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT. Bring all allowances inside the salary of these MLA/MP/Ministers who BYPASS Income Tax by showing a Peanut amount against SALARY and take home lakhs of rupees TAX-FREE money under the head of ALLOWANCES (right from Laundry to car) whereas AAM AADMI has to pay for each PENNY they earn.	Expose the break-up of allowances given to these Ministers while Salary amount is shown fraction of allowances. If such practice allowed for Ministers/MLA/MPs , then AAM AADMI must be given the choice to declare what percentage of his total Take Home Salary should be against allowances.	This will bring the Tax liability of these MLA/MP/Ministers at PAR with AAM AADMI.

IF TEAM ANNA CAN SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE ABOVE EXPOSURE ON PUBLIC PLATFORM, 90% OF THE WAR IS WON IN TERMS OF 2014 ELECTION PAVING THE WAY FOR giving Birth to "TEAM ANNA CERTIFIED PARTY" ON A CLEAN PLATTER WITHOUT GOING FOR ANY SUCH MEANINGLESS DHARNA/RALLY WHICH FIZZLE OUT FROM PUBLIC MEMORY IN NO TIME.

 Hence, Team Anna's priority should be to attack/reform our existing DIRTY STINKING CORRUPT governance system (that allows such LOOPHOLES being left open since Independence for LOOT to happen) much before forming a political party simply because there is no GUARANTEE that Anna/Kejriwal  certified MLA/MP/Ministers will not LOOT even after seeing the Coutry’s Tijori Left WIDE OPEN for them. There is no point having LOKPAL/JAN-LOKPAL without plugging such LOOPHOLE (left wide open for every party to LOOT country's asset).

First clean up existing DIRTY STINKING CORRUPT Business Process (as evident from 2G/COALGATE scam) practiced by all ruling Govt since Independence, then give birth to a political party on a CLEAN PLATTER.

The whole nation stood by Team Anna hoping that finally this clean-up process will be done by Team Anna which is neglected since Independence by all ruling parties for their vested Interest.
Hence, even before Kejriwal create an alternative party these LEFT-OPEN LOOPHOLES must be plugged as there is no GUARANTEE that Team Anna certified MLA/MP/Ministers will not LOOT even after seeing the Coutry’s Tijori Left WIDE OPEN for them.
