Let us use Salman Khurshid example as case study and briefly analyze the HYPOTHETICAL impact of QPA, had it been a practice to use QPA to STOP THE LOOT that may have happenned in any scam :

1.     QPA would have exposed the Govt decision to grant fund to the trust.

2.     QPA would have validated all signatures granting fund allotment.

3.     QPA would have carried the Money-Trail in Top Down manner right till bottom where it was deposited.

4.     QPA would have raised an ALARM if FISHY AFFAIRS were detected and thus brought the whole affair in the LIMELIGHT in 2008-09 rather than making AAM AADMI wait till 2012.

5.     QPA eliminate dependency on Media or Individual to UNEARTH any scam as it becomes the BLASTING TOOL of Govt who is supposed to expose such scam rather than Media or an Individual doing it.

Thus we AAM AADMI will get inspired by the RAGS2RICHES story of these INDIAN EDITION OF BILL GATES and WARREN BUFFETs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What difference does it make to AAM AADMI if another political party is born, be it by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal or by any TOM-DICK-HARRY?????

ANSWER is YES, it makes HELL LOT OF DIFFERENCE for following reasons and successful implementation of following FUNCTIONALITY which by all means expected to be implemented by Arvind’s Party.

1. Show us one single Politicians today who has sacrificed his SUPER-POWER job of Commissioner, Income-Tax (if stuck to this job, Arvind would have MINTED money instead of earning money) or equivalent job, and dedicated full time for fight against corruption movement.
2. You may find ample of politicians who are still actively or passively involved with their old profession (like Dr./Eng/Advocate) but none of them has sacrificed their last profession completely for a CAUSE that relate to AAM AADMI.
3. If Arvind can drive thru following functionality, his party will execute LITERALLY the DREAMZ of AAM AADMI which till today DENIED by all ruling parties since Independence. In another words, arvind will PRACTICE what he has PREACHED till today and prove to all other parties how they have deliberately LEFT OPEN (since Independence) COUNTRY’s TIJORI for LOOT to happen.

Secondly, FUNCTIONALITY which by all means will be implemented by Arvind’s Party :

A)    First Party to introduce INTERNAL ACCOUNTABILITY/LOKPAL which can materialize only by  QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT (QPA) on its Ministers. IF CONCEPT OF PERFORM OR PERISH CAN APPLY TO PRIVATE/PUBLIC SECTOR, WHY CAN’NT BE APPLIED FOR THE HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA?? Under-Mentioned Para B to F briefly highlight the benefits of QPA.

B)    QPA will not only create healthy competition in GOVERNANCE but also ensure that an elected member does not take his public vote for a ride and enjoy his 5 year term as fully paid Govt Holiday with all possible facilities/amenities in the world. Moral of the Story is if one Minister is found to be Under-Performer, he should be replaced rather than allowing him to stick to his “KURSI” till his term end at 5^th Year. In other words, QPA will validate and trigger such replacement.

J)     Bring all allowances inside the salary of these MLA/MP/Ministers who BYPASS Income Tax by showing a Peanut amount against SALARY and take home lakhs of rupees TAX-FREE money under the head of ALLOWANCES (right from Laundry to car) whereas AAM AADMI has to pay for each PENNY they earn.

K)    Finally, It is high time we should consider having Singapore LKY style punishment against corruption which (apart from jail) sends the guilty to a public place (like Rly station/shopping Mall) for doing Jharu in full glare of media/public followed by HARD to implement Caning, fright of which will force corrupt politicians think twice before LOOTING public money.
