What difference does it make to AAM AADMI if another political party is born, be it by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal or by any TOM-DICK-HARRY?????

ANSWER is YES, it makes HELL LOT OF DIFFERENCE for following reasons and successful implementation of following FUNCTIONALITY which by all means expected to be implemented by Arvind’s Party.

Firstly, REASONS:

1. Show us one single Politicians today who has sacrificed his SUPER-POWER job of Commissioner, Income-Tax (if stuck to this job, Arvind would have MINTED money instead of earning money) or equivalent job, and dedicated full time for fight against corruption movement.
2. You may find ample of politicians who are still actively or passively involved with their old profession (like Dr./Eng/Advocate) but none of them has sacrificed their last profession completely for a CAUSE that relate to AAM AADMI.
3. If Arvind can drive thru following functionality, his party will execute LITERALLY the DREAMZ of AAM AADMI which till today DENIED by all ruling parties since Independence. In another words, arvind will PRACTICE what he has PREACHED till today and prove to all other parties how they have deliberately LEFT OPEN (since Independence) COUNTRY’s TIJORI for LOOT to happen.

Secondly, FUNCTIONALITY which by all means will be implemented by Arvind’s Party :

A)    First Party to introduce INTERNAL ACCOUNTABILITY/LOKPAL which can materialize only by  QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT (QPA) on its Ministers. IF CONCEPT OF PERFORM OR PERISH CAN APPLY TO PRIVATE/PUBLIC SECTOR, WHY CAN’NT BE APPLIED FOR THE HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA?? Under-Mentioned Para B to F briefly highlight the benefits of QPA.

B)    QPA will not only create healthy competition in GOVERNANCE but also ensure that an elected member does not take his public vote for a ride and enjoy his 5 year term as fully paid Govt Holiday with all possible facilities/amenities in the world. Moral of the Story is if one Minister is found to be Under-Performer, he should be replaced rather than allowing him to stick to his “KURSI” till his term end at 5^th Year. In other words, QPA will validate and trigger such replacement.

C)    Additionally, QPA will not only detect corruption at its INCEPTION, it will also expose the other  side means the superb performance of those MINISTERS who are NOT CORRUPT and thus it will show the nation both side of the SLATE, be it CLEAN OR DIRTY.

D)    The very moment these ministers/MLA/MPs are aware that they need to show result every quarter (else they will be replaced by his own colleague from his own party), just visualize what a rapid/massive change will occur in the progress of every ministry SIMPLY BECAUSE here also (like Pvt sector) they will be under constant pressure of EITHER PERFORM OR PERISH.

E)    Introducing QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT on MLA/MP/Ministers/Bureaucrats will make a MAJOR DIFFERENCE to earlier CORRUPT GOVERNANCE  simply on one reason : THE HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA BECOME ANSWERABLE TO VOTERS (simply because they are elected by vote) IN TERMS OF THEIR PERFORMANCE/CREDIBILITY/HONESTY and also become AT PAR with THE ENTIRE NATION who FACE SUCH TEST IN THEIR RESPECTIVE WORK PLACE BE IT PSU OR PRIVATE SECTOR.

F)    Right since Independence, no Govt had ever taken any such step to impose concept of “QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT”, probably because CAT WILL RUN OUT OF ITS OWN BAG.

G)    Any electoral candidate will no longer be hidden behind secrecy act, which means the moment he files his nomination, his IT return (for all FYs) will be publicly available on Arvind Web site for scrutiny and analysis (rather than just a declaration of Asset) which will be a MATTER OF SHAME and embarrassment for other parties who are hiding it since INDEPENDENCE.

H)    Even if electoral candidates are hidden behind secrecy act, there is no reason why Political Parties should be hidden behind secrecy act as these parties are supposed to be DEDICATED SEVAK OF AAM AADMI. If Arvind can do this, once again it will be a MATTER OF SHAME and embarrassment for other parties who are hiding it since INDEPENDENCE as THEY ARE SIMPLY LOOTING THE COUNTRY IN THE NAME OF "GENEROUS DONATION" GIVEN BY CORPORATES WHO IN TURN GETS LICENSE TO LOOT OUR COUNTRY'S WEALTH.

I)      It is upto ARVIND to decide whether he wants to implement above 2 functionality G & H in addition to his already declared mode of publishing donation and donor name on website, simply because above 2 functionality G & H will be a TIGHT SLAP ON THE FACE OF ALL RULING PARTIES OF INDIA and also make a MAJOR DIFFERENCE to existing CORRUPT GOVERNANCE, practiced by all ruling parties SINCE INDEPENDENCE.

J)     Bring all allowances inside the salary of these MLA/MP/Ministers who BYPASS Income Tax by showing a Peanut amount against SALARY and take home lakhs of rupees TAX-FREE money under the head of ALLOWANCES (right from Laundry to car) whereas AAM AADMI has to pay for each PENNY they earn.

K)    Finally, It is high time we should consider having Singapore LKY style punishment against corruption which (apart from jail) sends the guilty to a public place (like Rly station/shopping Mall) for doing Jharu in full glare of media/public followed by HARD to implement Caning, fright of which will force corrupt politicians think twice before LOOTING public money.

I would like to end this blog with a SINGLE QUERY : DO WE KEEP OUR DOOR OPEN AT HOME AND SLEEP AT NIGHT WITH AN ANTICIPATION THAT POLICE IS THERE TO PROBE AND GET BACK MY STOLEN MONEY IF AT ALL ANY THEFT HAPPEN??
IF NOT,
THEN WHY WE ALLOW OUR MINISTERS TO KEEP THE DOOR OF OUR COUNTRY’S TIJORI (WHERE AAM AADMIS MONEY IS KEPT TO RUN THE COUNTRY) LEFT OPEN FOR LOOT TO HAPPEN WITH AN ANTICIPATION THAT WE HAVE INSTITUTION LIKE CBI/CAG TO PROBE AND GET BACK COUNTRY’S STOLEN ASSET. This situation is like a Bank keeping its vault open and awaiting for LOOT to happen just because Police is there to recover the LOOTED BOOTY!!!!! Why wait for LOOT to happen; why not kill it at its very root?
Only way you can do this is by QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT  that will enable any Govt. to reach the root of every scam at its very inception much before MEDIA reaches there. Neither LOKPAL nor CBI (as they appear only after SCAM is committed) has the capacity to detect such scam at its very INCEPTION which only QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT can do.
