If IIT- Roorkee expelled 73 NPAs (means Non-Performing students) whose performance was not up to the mark after their VERY first-year of the B Tech programme, WHY THE HELL same does not apply to our DESHBHAKT NPAs (Non-Performing HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA) in LS/RS/VS that still SHAMELESSLY follow the footstep of 67Yrs old DIRTY LEGACY of LOOT first-CLEAN CHIT next !!!

No way it intends to comment on above action of IIT-Roorkee, RATHER SALUTE people like Roorkee registrar , Prashant Garg who supported such action to clean up his institute from very first year which NOT A SINGLE PM HAS DONE EVER SINCE INDEPENDENCE, RESULTING IN NON-STOP LOOT AND GANGRAPE OF MOTHER-INDIA SINCE LAST 67YRS, BE IT IN THE NAME OF CWG or 2G or COALGATE or IRRIGATION or LALITGATE or VYPAM OR DHOLPUR PALACE Scam!!!

Leave aside Corporate India where PERFORMANCE get strictly measured by QPA (QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT),

now even country’s Premier Institute IIT sack their NPAs (NON PERFORMING ASSETS) on very FIRST YEAR (to UPHOLD their STANDARD of EXCELLENCE) rather than waiting for full five years

Even after 67 Yrs of Independence, there is no such CGPA imposed on our DESHBHAKT  NPAs simply because our DESHBHAKT GOVERNANCE MODEL run on one ideology: “EITHER LOOT OR GANGRAPE our Rotten Toothless Governance Model as much as you can as your tenure is only 5Yrs” whereas all other profession PLUS IIT-ROORKEE operate on one ideology:  “EITHER PERFORM OR PERISH”!!

Lets take a case study on how CGPA would have exposed our DESHBHAKT  NPAs very first year, so that no need to wait for full five years to fill the pocket of NPAs of LS/RS/VS with 4,000 kilolitre of water and 50,000 units of electricity per year:

1.   Simply categorize job profile which does not exist now!

2.   Introduce negative points for wrong action like giving inflammatory speech in public or breaking chairs, table in LS/RS/VS or get involved in criminal activity!

3.   Introduce minimum qualifying CGPA to remain in KURSI and Publish CGPA of all DESHBHAKT  NETAs every quarter to assess their PERFORMANCE- thus send warning signals to all NPAs for 4 consecutive quarters and obviously throw those NPAs out at the end of very FIRST YEAR (instead of waiting full five years to get sacked in POLL mandate by when LOOT and GANGRAPE of mother india is complete) very much like IIT- Roorkee did!!

Let IIT-Roorkee set the precedence as to how a NATION can maintain STANDARD of EXCELLENCE in Governance model that still SHAMELESSLY follow  the footstep of 67Yrs old DIRTY LEGACY of LOOT first-CLEAN CHIT next!
