ISSUE IS NOT OUR MOTHER-INDIA FINALLY GETTING GANGRAPED IN NADIA (as if NIRBHAYA-ROHTAK was not enough), EVEN AFTER SO MANY CANDLE-MARCH DONE BY HER SPINELESS “NAPUNGSAK” CHILDREN across India; ISSUE still remain same: after 67Yrs of Azadi, how many more years we shall run our toothless impotent GOVERNANCE system without QPA and CANNING!!!  

Why we can’nt demand time-tested Singapore style effective DETERRENT mechanism “CANNING”, INSTEAD OF SPEEDY TRIAL or DEATH SENTENCE in CANDLE-MARCH which is like “LOKPAL” that gets TRIGGERED only after LOOT/SCAM is complete and exposed by some media???

Why we can’nt demand QPA(QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT) on Highest Chairs of India when all other profession already run under QPA whose ABSENCE (in our toothless GOVERNANCE) give birth to events like KERALA ASSEMBLY RUCKUS / MLA/MINISTERS sleeping in ASSEMBLY while IAS officers getting killed by MAFIAs / SHAHABZADE NETAs SLOWLY AND STEADILY DIVIDING US LIKE BRITISH DID BEFORE LEAVING INDIA!!!

Why blame NETAs for their above MISDEEDs in MEDIA when we SPINELESS AAM AADMI give them AZADI for full 5Yrs to enjoy life in an ONE AND ONLY Profession (on Earth which is NETAGIRI by sitting on kursi in LS/RS/ASSEMBLY) not MONITORED by QPA, that too with additional amenities absolutely FREE right from LAUNDRY to CAAAR!!!

If we AAM AADMI are still not convinced on the HEADER of this BLOG which is QPA and CANNING are two missing tools in INDIAN GOVERNANCE ever since Independence, then why BLAME ARROGANT NETAs OR RAPE/ACID ATTACK CRIMINALS, AS OUR AGE-OLD governance system like SPEEDY (!!!) TRIAL to DEATH SENTENCE to LIFE IMPRISONMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET TRIGGERED AFTER CRIME IS COMMITTED, VERY MUCH IN THE FORMAT OF “LOKPAL” WHICH ALSO gets TRIGGERED only after LOOT/SCAM is completed, is there any necessity of  an effective DETERRENT mechanism called “QPA” and “CANNING”!!!
