What else can best describe the election (or rather selection) of Indian President, as done by Eminent Journalist Mr. M.J.Akbar in these few lines : Elderly politicians…..when they are tired but not quite RETIRED…..perks at Rashtrapati Bhavan….supply of excellent sandwiches…..anything more anyone could ask for……Blame still trots to his doorstep……… A Govt does not determine who sits in the opposition, but it does choose a stalwart for President!!!

Yes, its BITTER TRUTH, but what more can you expect from a 66Yrs old rotten impotent Governance system that never impose any kind of Performance related audit on HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA (giving them absolute AZADI for full 5 Yrs to run or rather ruin the nation) starting from President to an ordinary Bureaucrat!!!

No, this blog does not waste words by typically blaming either ruling or opposition parties as I do not have the APTITUDE to write above lines!!!
All it does is to draw the attention of these Esteemed Journalist Community along with their Media Honchos to HIGHLIGHT NECESSITY of imposing QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT (QPA) ON HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA WITH ONE MOTTO : EITHER PERFORM OR PERISH - if not perish, can you afford to enjoy the supreme comfort (as mentioned above in QUOTE) of being President of India even after dragging the entire economy in DOLDRUMS at the expense of “VOTE BANK POLITICS practiced by all parties since Independence”.

My INTROSPECTION reveal that in absence of QPA, any AAM AADMI (including myself) would have played the same DIRTY TRICK of Vote Bank Politics to remain in Power when I know that there is no QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT (QPA) to assess my performance during the entire tenure of 5 Years that come with a package deal of free amenities RIGHT FROM LAUNDRY to CAAAR as mentioned in this blog: http://rationale-jay.blogspot.in/2015/07/still-have-doubt-as-to-who-should-be.html

Now just a short analysis as to why QPA is so desperately needed : Surely and certainly QPA will evaluate the performance of  HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA so that at least there can be a credibility test for the candidate who is going to enjoy the excellent tasty sandwiches of Rashtrapati Bhavan by  occupying the “PRESIDENT OF INDIA” position!!!

AND

AAM AADMI’s money will not be LOOTED in the name of SUBSIDY distribution and MOREOVER, IF ALL PROFESSION HAVE THIS CULTURE OF HAVING QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT (QPA) ON THEIR EMPLOYEES, WHY THE HELL HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA WILL ENJOY THE EXCEPTION WHICH THEY INTEND TO REPEAT by amending RTI rules???

Hence, ISSUE is not granting subsidy at the expense of making the nation bend on its knees (for vote bank politics), ISSUE still remain ONE AND ONLY ONE :
