Apology to Nirbhaya for failing to amend our “NAPUNGSHAK” juvenile punishment SYSTEM even after ONE YEAR!!!

Yes Nirbhaya,  its true, our Media Honchos had worlds time in their every evening open window session-generating TRP for their channel thru Time-Pass unconclusive FLIPKART journalism, but they never felt the NECESSITY OF DISCUSSING QPA AND CANNING even for once AS PREVENTIVE MEASURE AGAINST SUCH CRIME, ignoring the helpless faces of NIRBHAYA - SONALI-TUBA !!!.

No, This blog does not blame our Netas and Parties for failing to punish the KEY CRIMINAL due to our “NAPUNGSHAK” juvenile punishment SYSTEM that reward a juvenile CRIMINAL with 3 yrs Jail term for his great achievement of PULLING OUT HUMAN ORGAN BY HAND  after rape, rather it highlight the FAILURE OF OUR Great Media Honchos Who never found time for  highlighting the necessity to have these 2 missing tools “QPA and CANNING” in Indian Governance!!!

      Shame on MEDIA HONCHOs who (even in one years time) could not PRIORITIZE 2 Topics (QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT-QPA on Highest Chairs of India and CANNING for Rape/Acid attack/Bomb Blast Criminals) for debate which could have, rather must have superseded all other ROTTEN topic for DEBATE in any open debate platform, be it  “iLeadIndia” or regular evening open window session.
