All that matter is providing CLEAN and TRANSPARENT GOVERNANCE to AAM AADMI, even at the expense of QPA report downgrading its very own “MINISTER” to “MINISTER-ON PROBATION” sign which no earlier Govt dare did during their RAJ of 66Yrs!!!

Now a bit of Introspection for AAP in terms of what should be the start point of doing GOVERNANCE differently and prove to the Nation that same thing need not require 66Yrs for implementation if at all the earlier rulers intended to do so:

1.     Yes this is the only BLOG that is miserably chasing demand to impose QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT (QPA) on Highest Chairs of India and CANNING for Rape/Acid attack/Bomb Blast Criminals!!

2.     Have we ever heard of “Minister-On Probation”; yes now the time has come for AAP to prove that even their own Govt’s Performance can be audited for AAM AADMI who has voted them to power and have every right to know what their voted ministers are doing behind closed A/C cabin!!

3.     Lets forget CANNING for Rape/Acid attack/Bomb Blast Criminals as it’s a distant dream; but at least imposing QPA is not that difficult which AAP can proudly show to the nation that how important this QPA tool is for doing the same  GOVERNANCE DIFFERENTLY and PLUGGING (in one shot) all Left open Loopholes, hitherto MISUSED by all parties, facilitating LOOT to HAPPEN!!!

4.     Now lets analyze what does it mean by “Minister-On Probation”, if QPA is imposed on its very own Govt
by AAP, then after every Quarter if the Minister clear his audit result, his signboard will reflect as “MINISTER” else his signboard will reflect as “MINISTER-ON PROBATION”!!

5.     If the same Minister Clear his audit again next Quarter, he will again have the “MINISTER” sign else remain with “MINISTER-ON PROBATION” sign which will prove that he is under-performer!

6.     After two or three (as decided by AAP) successive Quarter, if the same Minister fail to clear his audit then he should be replaced by another Person from his own party, thus creating HEALTHY COMPETITION in INDIAN GOVERNANCE which had never dared to introduce such AUDIT on themselves ever since Independence for obvious GANDHI reasons, not me rather ADR website tells all!!!

This concept of QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT  will enable any Govt. to reach the root of every scam at its very inception much before MEDIA reaches there.

This will not only create healthy competition in GOVERNANCE but also ensure that an elected member does not take his public vote for a ride and enjoy his 5 year term as fully paid Govt Holiday with all possible facilities/amenities (right from Lal Batti TO Laundry TO CAAAR) in the world.

Additionally, QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT not only detect corruption at its INCEPTION, it will also expose the other side means the superb performance of those MINISTERS who are NOT CORRUPT and thus it will show the nation both side of the SLATE, be it CLEAN OR DIRTY.
