ISSUE is getting a feeling of “NA-MARD” when we watch these 42 RAPIST / ACID ATTACKERS roaming freely in our SOCIETY AFTER TORTURING KILLING OUR MOTHER AND SISTER and we are singing : SARE JAHAN SE ACHHA…………..

Issue is not A HELPLESS GIRL GETTING RAPED for 40 LONG DAYS; Issue is not 42 RAPIST enjoying azadi in our society for last 16 years; Issue is not the RAPE VICTIM denied justice for 16 LONG YEARS; Issue is not forcing the RAPE VICTIM to live under continuous Life-threat from the 42 RAPIST; Issue is not ACID ATTACKERS living happily in front of our nose after turning SONALI into a moving pound of flesh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If tomorrow this RAPE VICTIM gets killed or acid attacked by those 42 AZAD RAPIST, then also it is not an issue simply because of following 3 REASONS GIVEN BY OUR HIGHNESS LEARNED LS/RS/VS MEMBERs :

1.     THE GIRL BELONG TO INDIA, NOT TO BHARAT!!!

2.     THE GIRL IS HIGHLY DENTED AND PAINTED AND MOREOVER ROAMING AROUND ON STREETS WITH CANDLE IN HAND!!!

3.     THE GIRL MUST HAVE FLOUTED MARYADA!!!

THEN, WHAT THE HELL IS THE ISSUE :

ISSUE IS WHAT OUR NATION IS DOING SINCE LAST 16 YEARS WHEN OUR HON’BLE JUDICIARY FAILED TO DELIVER JUSTICE AND OUR GOVT NEVER FELT THE NECESSITY OF MAKING JUDICIARY TIME BOUND EVEN AFTER SUCH DELAY, LEAVE ASIDE AMENDING THE LAW.

ISSUE IS HONORING 162 tainted/DENTED AND PAINTED MPs in Lok Sabha, 39 MPs in Rajya Sabha and 14 tainted ministers in the central Cabinet AS PER DATA PUBLISHED BY TEAM ANNA FEW MONTHS BACK AND THESE tainted/DENTED AND PAINTED mahaan LEADERS ARE RULING US EVEN TODAY.

ALL SUCH ISSUES POINT TO ONLY TWO SOLUTIONs :

1. Every governance process including judiciary must be time bound.
2.  Introduction of QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT (QPA) at every layer of our ROTTEN Governance system.
   
   Is there still any doubt left or any debate required as to why we have to impose QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT (QPA) on Highest Chairs of India with or without CANNING for stopping this LOOT, that too after 66Yrs of Independence!!!
