Are you guys not ashamed of debating on national TV whether Insertion of Iron Rod inside a human body during RAPE be treated as the only parameter to measure the DEGREE OF BRUTALITY of a JUVENILE CRIMINAL when the topic should have been demanding Harsher Punishment like CANNING from SINGAPORE that can create required fear in the mindset of criminals!!!

As usual on expected lines, INSTEAD of demanding Harsher Punishment like CANNING from SINGAPORE, the  Media Honchos are once again busy with their TRP-oriented shameless journalism by asking such STUPID/IRRESPONSIBLE questions in media whether above act was performed by the JUVENILE CRIMINAL or not so as to establish his DEGREE OF BRUTALITY!!!

What is more important to evaluate in MEDIA?

whether Insertion of Iron Rod inside a human body during rape at all happened or not so as to determine the DEGREE OF BRUTALITY committed by a JUVENILE CRIMINAL???

OR

Ø  Whether existing amended RAPE/Acid attack LAW is POTENT enough to make the CRIMINALS IMPOTENT and create required FEAR in the mindset of these criminals ??

Ø  Whether existing amended RAPE/Acid attack LAW is toothless to such extent that there are random rape incidents being reported everyday even after amendment and that too by Policemen as well and latest of which is  RAPE and MURDER of 11Yrs Old Girl returning from school in Daund near Pune, that went UNNOTICED by Media Coverage??

Ø  Whether Life Imprisonment or Death Sentence alone can generate the LEVEL of Required FEAR as the INSTINCT TO RAPE cannot be controlled in the mindset of criminals in such a vast country where these criminals are bound to find their innocent targets be it Delhi/Mumbai Rape OR Daund Rape/Murder of 11Yrs old girl OR JHARKHAND LADY COP Rape!!!

Ø  Whether both ruling and opposition parties can UNITE on this issue (LIKE THEY DID MARVELLOUSLY ON ISSUE OF RTI EXCLUSION) as well and IMPORT the  Harsher Punishment like CANNING from SINGAPORE that can be debated on National Channels rather than shamelessly debating the issue of inserting iron rod and then decide the DEGREE OF BRUTALITY and then decide degree of Juvenile Crime!!!

Ø  Above all, REDEFINE the Degree of CRIME falling under Juvenile level so that this DELHI RAPE JUVENILE CONVICT cannot escape the Non-Juvenile punishment and I am sure this can only happen if and only if our MEDIA HONCHOS SHIFT THEIR AGE-OLD FOCUS FROM TRP oriented unconclusive journalism (as evident in above glaring example) TO CONSTRUCTIVE and CONCLUSIVE RESULT-ORIENTED journalism at least for the sake of AAM AADMI that include your own professional Colleague!!!

Come on Media Honchos, JAGO, as you guys are the only hope of AAM AADMI for whom you can EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENT THE REMEDIAL MEASURES by BRINGING UP (in your evening open window session) THE NECESSITY OF HAVING LKY style CANNING from SINGAPORE!!!
