We need to
CUT the ROOT, not the BRANCH and that can happen by a simple legislation which will KICK out these GOONS from LS/RS/VS where AAM AADMI's FATE is getting decided by these CRIMINALS!!!
Yes,
Why
single out ONE RAJA BHAIYA when there are ample of them GLORIFYING OUR COUNTRY’S SUPREME INSTITUTIONs like LS/RS with their graceful presence : 162 tainted MPs in Lok Sabha, 39 MPs in
Rajya Sabha and 14 tainted ministers in the central Cabinet???
I truly wonder why the HONEST lot of Ministers, both from ruling and opposition, neither get ASHAMED nor lose their high profile DIGNITY when THEY SHARE
HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA WITH THESE RAJA BHAIYAS SITTING AROUND THEM!!! If they can share HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA in LS/RS, then ELECTION COMMISSION should also OFFICIALLY allow CRIMINALS to accompany all election candidates in 2014 election!!
Is ALLOWING
these FAKE Raja Harishchandra CLASS OF Ministers/MLA/MPs (WITH PENDING CRIMINAL CASES) in OUR COUNTRY’S
SUPREME INSTITUTIONs like LS/RS/VS NOT a CRIME BY ITSELF which is
equivalent to the CRIME committed by AFZAL GURU attacking PARLIAMENT?
If a junior research scientist can be sacked in DRDO - Bangalore for pending criminal case(subsequently proven innocent), why these RAJA BHAIYAs cannot be SACKED from LS/RS/VS for their pending criminal cases???
Afzal Guru never given BAIL whereas these so called dainted and painted criminals are roaming free in the society for committing more crimes, and that too BY OCCUPYING
HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA which is a BIGGEST JOKE since INDEPENDENCE!!!
Its quite
natural that if our GOVERNANCE SYSTEM allow CRIMINALS to occupy HIGHEST CHAIRS OF
INDIA, then how can anyone expect life and
safety of ON-DUTY GOVT officers, leave aside INNOCENT AAM AADMI’s life and
security. We need to SANITISE the system, not a single EVENT so that REPEAT of the same does not happen.
The entire blogs written below since 2011 can be SUMMARISED
to following FIVE BOMBSHELL arguments that are IGNORED
SINCE INDEPENDENCE by all ruling and opposition parties for their very own
VESTED INTEREST and more so by MEDIA :

What is stopping Govt from passing a simple LEGISLATION to KICK OUT all FAKE
Raja Harishchandra CLASS OF Ministers/MLA/MPs
with ongoing CRIMINAL
cases or CONVICTED CRIMINAL record from our ESTEEMED LS-RS-VS???
If no
school/college/university/public-private sector allow an Individual with
pending criminal cases, WHY OUR COUNTRY’S SUPREME INSTITUTION LIKE LS-RS-VS
NEED TO ALLOW THEM ENTRY INTO IT???
2. If all
Education Level (be it School/College/MBA/Engg/Doctor) students need to pass
exam in order to claim a degree certificate (which is never given simply
because he has attended all classes) , why HIGHEST CHAIRS IN
INDIA means Ministers are allowed
to enjoy his 5 year term without appearing/passing any exam (which is equal to
QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT), simply because he has attended all classes (as done by
MP/Ministers by attending Parliament session and that too with FAT allowances right
from LAUNDRY to CAAAR and
additional amenities just for every session he attends).
3. Do we sleep at night keeping our door open with a hope that LOCAL PS
will recover stolen goods, if at all theft happen; IF NOT, then why we our
country's Tijori LEFT WIDE OPEN for loot to happen which can be easily closed by
introducing Qly Performance Audit (QPA) on these MLA/MP/Ministers.
4. Why each
time we go after every EVENT of LOOT (driven by Media who never bother to focus
on killing the LOOT at its very ROOT thru QPA), like today Mr.X looted
1000Crores in 2g/Mining Scam, why not introduce QPA and stop all such LOOT
right at its inception (as explained in these blogs several times) INSTEAD of
helplessly watching our country’s asset getting LOOTED.
5. What is
stopping Govt from Introducing Singapore Model punishment which is CANNING STROKE for such
criminals specifically when our GOVERNANCE system don’t even have the basic
FRAMEWORK in place against Bomb Blast and Rape/Acid Attack criminals.
Leave aside learning from America after 9/11 and our 26/11, our police let go
criminals for lack of basic FRAMEWORK in place.
At least such Singapore Model punishment
will act as a DETERRANT in the mindset of such criminals
who will shiver in their DREAMZ thinking of the PAIN OF CANNING. In fact,
CANNING will be the right punishment alongwith “Death Sentence” as death will
simply relieve the criminal of the pain he deserves whereas CANNING will be
first realization of little bit of PAIN (as compared to the pain of the victim)
which these criminals have given to AAM AADMI and must feel the same before going
to GALLOWS!!!
Any party opposing above LEGISLATION,
clearly indicate that they are here to exploit the loophole (left open by all party
since independence) and enjoy his 5 year term as fully paid Govt Holiday with
all possible facilities/amenities right from LAUNDRY to CAAAR!!!
In extreme circumstances, if GOVT can'nt even implement a legislation to KICK out these criminals, LEAST they can do is Introducing Singapore Model punishment of CANNING STROKE which will act as a DETERRANT in the mindset of these Raja Bhaiyas before they enter COUNTRY’S SUPREME INSTITUTIONs like LS/RS/VS.
